Q. Who do you sell to?

A. Merchants & Retailers. We are also available for 'one off' projects and work with architects.

Q. What days of the week do you deliver? 

A. We deliver Monday to Friday nationwide across the UK as well as the Channel Isles & Ireland.

Q.What happens if goods arrive damaged?

A. We take our packaging and carriage very seriously, this way damages are kept to a minimum. From time to time they can occur however, and if reported within a reasonable time period will be replaced F.O.C. on your next delivery. In most circumstances we will not  ask you to return the damaged goods and in an emergency we can usually  have replacements dispatched to you within 24 hrs. Full details of our services can be discussed with a H&L Representative.

Q. If I'm based in the Midlands, and I win a contract in Scotland, will you deliver direct to site?

A. Timed and site deliveries can be arranged, our premium next day delivery service is available for deliveries on the UK Mainland.  For the Channel Isles & Ireland deliveries take 3 to 4 days from placement of order.

Q. Do you provide product literature for our showrooms & trade counters?

A. We provide a free Buyers Guide with excellent product photography by Chris Drake (Willis & Gambier, Zoffany, Marks & Spencer) for our Sheringham, Holkham & Burnham sanitaryware ranges. The guide also includes our commercial products, along with technical drawings & dimensions.These can also be supplemented by the technical PDF downloads from this website!

Q. Can you provide showroom displays and are there discounts available for contracts or bulk purchases?

A. There are several different showroom display options we can provide for you and we welcome the opportunity to provide quotations for contracts and bulk purchases on reciept of a specification.
