Ronda Miranit Washbasins.
MIRANIT is a new composite granite material which has a unique combination of strength and design potential which is being used to create a new generation of wash basins and is an ideal alternative to tradional ceramics or stainless steel options.
Miranit is a stable compound consisting of approximately 80% natural minerals which include calcium
carbonate and quartz as well as approximately 20% of a high-quality unsaturated polyester resin.
Due to Miranits exceptional moulding properties, this resin-bonded mineral material can be formed into almost any shape, even when slender material thicknesses are required. With this composite material, MIRANIT wash basins offer a completely new approach to the design of commercial and municipal washrooms, because in spite of their flat and elegant appearance the washbasins provide very high durability with the opportunity to repair the basins onsite in the unlikely event of damage occuring. A Small radii of just 2 mm underscore the clean and expressive shapes that the new MIRANIT washbasins offer.
