Developer Discovers Affordable Stylish Bathrooms
Healey & Lord Holkham Range
Property Developer Landfast (Anglia) Ltd has discovered a 'very affordable' range of sanitary ware with a quality which rivals any of the mainstream manufacturers.Landfast sourced Healey & Lord's Holkham Range through Norwich kitchens and bathrooms distributor MAG.
"MAG supplies us with kitchens ranges" says Landfast project manager Chris Brown. "And they made us aware of Healey & Lord's competitively-priced sanitary ware. So I took a look at the 5pce Holkham suite and couldn't fault it. I looked for pits and holes in the glaze but there were none. So now I have found the quality and styling of the more mainstream brands at a really good price."
This is good news for Landfast who is currently building 149 homes in Great Yarmouth for first time buyers. The developer is proving that quality and style can be achieved at the first rung of the property ladder - and the buyers are snapping up the new homes at Breydon Park.
"All of the 40 properties in phase 1 have been sold off plan and we already have a lot of interest in phase 2," says Chris Brown. "We pay a lot of attention to detail in our specification; the overall effect seems to please buyers and they see our homes as good value for money.
In total, Landfast will be installing 262 suites from Healey & Lord's Holkham Range in the Breydon Park development.
